Holistic Nurses Retreat in Mineola

This year’s theme of the Texas Regional Holistic Nursing Retreat, held from April 27 to 29, at the Mineola Civic Center, is The Truth About Resilience—Discover the New Within Us All. Advancing Holistic Health is a continuing nursing education provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing.

Central Texas Chapter Leader Lyn McCright says, “We have all heard and told stories of resilience. But what exactly is it? Until now, we have not had a paradigm to fully explain resilience. It is not about personal attributes or willpower. It goes deeper than that.

Resilience is about the power of thought.

Location: 1150 N. Newsom St, Mineola, TX. Register (CEU for all nurses) at centexahna.org. For more information, call 254-751-7111.
