The third semiannual Holistic Festival of Life and Wellness will be held from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., at the Plano Center, dedicated to mental clarity, spiritual health and physical well-being. The lineup of classes led by wellness leaders from throughout the community includes yoga, Thai yoga, moving meditation, rhythmic dancing and shamanic sound immersion. There is also a full schedule of uplifting musical acts, dance performances and empowering speakers.

Participants will be able to meet licensed practitioners and renowned doctors that specialize in family health, fertility medicine, chiropractic, acupuncture and other wellness services. There will be a variety of vendors selling organic skincare, health supplements, handmade art, fair trade goods, crystals and delicious food. Top nonprofits and green living businesses of North Texas will also be present.
