Love Thyself Day Spa Wellness Retreat Weekend

Love Thyself Day Spa is hosting a women’s wellness retreat weekend, complete with insightful workshops, motivating seminars and vibrant food, form July 15 to 17. Three workshops featuring Angels with Fran feature the topics of power, abundance, intention, creating visions and manifesting miracles. Two seminars focus on how to lead a healthy life and prepare fresh raw vegan food, and nutritional health coach Lexy Brown will present a beauty and anti-aging seminar.

Love thyself day spa is a community-oriented holistic spa that provides traditional and non-traditional services including massage, detox therapy, body wraps, facials, hair removal, manicures and pedicures. They also offer wellness services such as naturopathy, hypnotherapy, nutrition and raw vegan food catering. The products are organic whenever possible and the staff embraces sustainability practices.

Founder Lisa weeks says, “It is our hope to assist individuals in rejuvenating body, mind and spirit through a change of habits involving a more natural, holistic lifestyle.”
