Abundant Life Wellness Center is now offering a form of energy healing called Emotional Release, which helps clients identify and remove emotional baggage from past experiences. This healing technique literally releases us from trapped emotional energy that can become trapped in the body and can lead to such symptoms as depression, anxiety, feeling stuck and blockages as it relates to giving and receiving love, walking in happiness and feeling disconnected from others.
