Fall Mulch Madness is here and is scheduled from 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 19, Nov. 2 and Nov. 16. Bring your containers, trucks and trailers out to 24 N. Mitchell Road to load your own mulch. Mulch days are weather permitting. Mulch is free for Mansfield residents and proof of residency is required.
