Guided Practice with AJ Namaste
Join us for our monthly Guided Meditation Class with AJ Namaste of SOL Yoga.
Meditation is an ancient and increasingly popular practice of mental concentration and relaxation. As the stress levels of our society become higher and higher, so does the number of people looking for a method to relieve that stress inexpensively and effectively. Guided meditation will do that, and provides direction and focus for both new and experienced practitioners.
AJ Namaste is a 30 year expert with yoga and a skilled meditation teacher. During her meditation class we will do some mindful yoga asanas and also sit in stillness where your sensory input, daydreams, thoughts and emotions continue as usual, but instead of following them, she encourages the mind to remain in the present by focusing on a meditation support such as the breathing process, physical sensations or a sound. You will finish feeling relaxed, renewed and revitalized.
Class is $10 per person and a ticket must be prepurchased. Click below for your ticket.

We have mats and blocks but feel free to bring your own mat/blanket and water. Feel free to tip your teacher.
