SafeHaven Green Cleaning products, made available to the public online in August, are now available at two local retailers, Sunflower Farmers Market and Urban Acres. Both stores provide a variety of all natural, organic and locally produced food and grocery choices.

Although claiming to be all-natural, some cleaning products still contain hidden chemicals linked to cancer, birth defects and pregnancy complications. Founder and CEO Tamara Miller Green, of Property Preservations (GPP), the developer of the SafeHaven cleaning product line, developed the all natural, eco-friendly, non-toxic, allergy-resistant products as the result of a near fatal illness to one of her daughters. The carpet-cleaning product offered by Safehaven is currently one of the only non-toxic products of its kind.

Millers dedication to having a true green business meant taking the products she used in her cleaning services into her own hands.
