The HGTV television reality show, My First Place, follows a set of first-time buyers and their Realtor along the stress-filled, yet exciting, search for the perfect home and educates potential homebuyers along the way. The program disseminates the latest information about financing in a down market, home inspection techniques and what to look for and any other information needed to successfully navigate your way through a first home purchase. There’s also proven know-how straight from the real estate professionals.

Local real estate Broker Stephanie Stuer, with Green Home Residential, recently had the opportunity to assist first-time homebuyers through the steps of purchasing a property in Richardson, as documented by My First Place. The program is scheduled to air later in 2012.
