FDA Approves TORC II Technology for Weight Loss

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved the TORC II System, which promotes body contouring, for general use. The system reportedly helps achieve loss of inches in targeted areas, builds core muscle strength for longlasting results, rejuvenates and tightens skin and facilitates toning and firming of the targeted areas. It is currently in use by the Living Well Dallas Health and Wellness Center.

The TORC II is a hands-free, non-invasive, millicurrent system that creates targeted muscle stimulation to reduce unwanted abdominal inches, while enhancing visible muscular definition. The 7E TORC II system works on subcutaneous and visceral fat, targeting the underlying muscular structure for visibly improved definition and inch loss.

The system painlessly burns calories while balancing hormonal levels. It uses a combination of FDA cleared modalities, including bioelectrical stimulation (BES) and cranial electrical stimulation (CES), achieving natural results that are immediate, cumulative and long lasting.

The cranial electrical stimulation produces low amounts of electrical current across the ear lobes, producing a pleasant tingle. This modality is approved by the FDA for insomnia, depression and anxiety. Research points to a normalization and balance of brain’s neurochemistry, leading to a profound state of relaxation.
