The farmers’ market at Saint Michael’s Episcopal Church will reopen for its third season from 8 a.m. to noon, beginning April 5 through September 6. The market has grown into a favorite neighborhood gathering place. Last year,a misting tent was added and a preschool playground was finished,bringing together even more activities and fellowship opportunities for the community. This year,live music will entertain shoppers.

Saint Michael’s Farmers’ Market welcomes farmers and growers that practice natural, sustainable, organic farming. The products must come from within a 150-mile radius of Dallas County. The variety of foods include farm-fresh eggs, grass-fed beef and chicken, baked goods, tamales, cheeses and pastas. All vendors must grow, produce, or make at least 60 percent of what they sell at the market.
