Qigong Training Moves from Denton to Austin

Qi Revolution, the largest qigong event in North America, will be held August 24 through 26 at the Austin Convention Center. Qigong practitioner Jeff Primack and 20 other instructors teach the 9-Breath Method, a signature technique taught to more than 50,000 live people.

He says, “Experiencing ourselves as pure energy for even one minute is the ultimate ‘reset button’ to relieve stress and improve focus. Oxygen retention and pulsation of breath is the secret of the masters, and few courses offer this level of comprehensive instruction.”

Qigong exercises and food-based healing are taught in detail. On the first day, instructors teach guests Level One Qigong Healing And Breathing applications and move into more powerful breathing applications on days two and three.

Cost is $199 for all three days. Location: 500 E. Cesar Chavez St., Austin. Register (required) at 800-298-8970 or QiRevolution.com.
