The Mansfield Kiwanis Fa La La La 5K is an annual fun run/walk hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Mansfield during the first weekend of December during the City of Mansfield's Hometown Holidays Festival. The first Fa La La La 5K was held in 2010. The run/walk starts and finishes in Mansfield's Katherine Rose Memorial Park which makes for a great family event and setting. The 5K course utilizes the the City of Mansfield's Walnut Creek Linear Trail which is an all weather surface that follows Walnut Creek under a canopy of trees. This is a chip-timed event using Disposable Chips that are located on the bibs.
