Drive through the Loyd Park campgrounds that are decorated for Halloween! The campers go ALL OUT with mega-displays to compete for the best decorated campsite. It’s horrific fun! Great for the entire family. Drive through, or ride on the straw-bed hayrides*. A hugely popular annual event in Grand Prairie! Concessions available at the Camp Store! Some campsites will also give out candy!

*Hayrides ONLY on Saturday evenings!

Pro Tip: The line to enter the park does get very long as the night goes on, sometimes an hour or longer. It is recommended that you come earlier in the evening to be sure and enjoy the camper’s hard work. Also consider that your vehicle entry fee is good ALL day, if the weather is nice, why not come out early for a picnic, enjoy the playground & beach, then walk over for hayrides when the sun sets. BEAT THE LINE!
