The seventh annual Celina Balloon Festival & Family Fun Day will be held October 26 and 27, at Old Celina Park. This fun, interactive event, attended by thousands, features balloons with special shapes, tethered balloon rides, a balloon glow, balloon launches and balloon rides.

As a special event to benefit the Grace Bridge Food Bank, in Celina, four helicopter rides will be raffled at Chamber of Commerce booth for $5 a ticket. The nonprofits feed thousands of people in Celina and surrounding areas every month.

Family-friendly entertainment includes local bands and performers, a kite exhibition, midway with games, rides and fun, tasty food treats, arts & crafts booths, local businesses, a kids area with carnival rides and giant inflatables. There’s even a petting zoo.
