Let's get stronger together - Livestrong at the YMCA is a 12-week physical activity program designed to help adult cancer survivors regain strength through exercise. No membership required!

Livestrong at the YMCA equips those living with, through, or beyond cancer to get back on their feet and connect with other survivors. Participants enjoy free exercise regimens catered to their individual needs. Sessions are led by certified Livestrong at the YMCA Personal Trainers.

Program Details Our 12-week program* includes:

- Two 75 to 90-minute sessions per week - Cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, balance and flexibility exercises - Fitness and quality of life assessments before and after participation - YMCA-certified instructors helping you every step of the way *Requires medical clearance from a physician. Open to adults 18 years or older.

LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA: Where to Join in DFW

LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas is offered at no cost at participating branches across North Texas. All participants receive a full-access YMCA membership during the 12-week program.
