Duncanville-based Cox Farms Market, the anchor tenant at the new Sylvan|Thirty mixed use development located in Kessler Park at the northeast corner of I-30 and Sylvan Street, in North Oak Cliff, will open an 11,000-square-foot market space some time in February.

Cox Farms Market is a third-generation, Texas family-owned grocer that specializes in farm fresh produce, natural, organic and whole foods, nutritional products and body care products.

All structures in the development  are LEED certified, and developer Brent Jackson describes the design as "sophisticated simplicity." In addition to green space and green structures, the community will also focus on green food, with restaurants and retail space emphasizing healthy, organic and natural lifestyles.
