The Fresh Market will open the doors to their newest store at 8 a.m., May 6, at 3878 Oak Lawn Avenue, in Turtle Creek—the seventh in Texas and the third in the DFW Metroplex. Grand opening activities include chef demonstrations, food sampling throughout the store and drawings for The Fresh Market gift cards. A sample-sized bag of the company’s gourmet coffee and a reusable shopping bag will be free for the first 1,000 customers.

The new store will house more than 26,000 square feet of culinary delights, including a bakery that produces 30 freshly baked breads and 14 different pie varieties daily, a full-service meat counter with freshly ground beef, a wide selection of ready-to-serve entrées, fresh seafood and more than 200 imported and domestic cheeses.A bountiful produce department features more than 400 items, including a large organic selection.

The Fresh Market supports local nonprofits, and is partnering with Cancer Support Community North Texas, Cornerstone Crossroads Academy, H.I.S BridgeBuilders, Cornerstone Baptist Church and The Men of Nehemiah by providing regular donations of food, and features a number of local and regional products from local growers and producers.
