SXSW Eco will create a space for business leaders, policy makers, innovators and designers to advance solutions that drive social, economic and environmental change from October 10 through 12 at the Austin Convention Center. This year’s themes are cities, communications, corporate responsibility, conservation adaptation, energy, food system, place by design, policy water and the startup showcase.

The expo includes sessions, workshops, labs, mentoring, start-up investor connects, film, competitions and talks by industry leaders, panel discussions and debates. The conference, through provocative programming, strategic alliances and global participation,  features collaborative events to create new relationships, dynamic sessions and exciting competitions that introduce attendees to transformative designs, technologies and ideas. All events are designed to foster interdisciplinary relationships, teach tangible skills and introduce breakthrough initiatives.
