Jon and Wendy Taggart, beef artisans and founders of Burgundy Pasture Beef have brought Burgundy’s Local Grass Fed Meat Market to Dallas at 3314 Ross Avenue at the corner of Hall, near downtown. “Our stores in Ft. Worth, Grandview and now Dallas are all a step towards making our products more convenient to those who want local, pasture-raised meats. We currently serve many wonderful long-time customers in the Dallas area and believe having a store there will make our products accessible to many more.”
Burgundy’s Local offers a full range of cuts in beef, pork, chicken and lamb, raw-milk cheeses, free-range pastured eggs and other complimentary items. None contain antibiotics or hormones, and are raised sustainably in a natural habitat.
