Cowboy Compost was created by Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra Music Director, Miguel Harth-Bedoya and small business owner and entrepreneur, Johanna Calderón with a mission to reduce waste by composting pre-consumer and post-consumer food scraps and leftovers. They want to inspire people to adopt a zero-waste lifestyle.

Cowboy Compost provides residential and commercial composting services in the greater Fort Worth area for the first time, making food composting simple, easy and affordable for households, businesses, and organizations.
