The hardest part about being a successful Small Business Owner is figuring out everything you need to know, just to do business everyday and stay in business as long as you physically & fiscally can.

ABCC Executive Board Members E. Aaron Cartwright, Attorney at Law and multi-business owner Joanna James are facilitating this original Small Business Q&A Workshop to start a regular dialogue to help small business owners and entrepreneurs.

Aaron Cartwright's practice areas are Business Law, Securities Law, and Construction Law. He also takes Consumer Law cases from Legal Aid fairly often and practices Political Law only through prior referrals.

According to Aaron, "What sets me apart from others is a combination of things. I charge reasonable fees that my clients can afford. I don’t try to tie anyone to me with a monthly retainer. I don’t charge for consultations and rarely charge for conversations even with existing clients."

Joanna James has more than 25 years of successful Small Business experience in the Dallas/ Ft Worth metroplex, owns multiple businesses, and has executed contracts in multiple cities both in & out of state.

According to Joanna, "We provide a wide array of services that range from post construction clean up to lawn care services. I have always wanted to be in a position to help someone or simply just to give back to others. I am able to do so by employing individuals who may have a bit of a difficult time finding jobs and giving them the opportunity to become supervisors in their field."

Other ABCC Executive Board Members will be on hand to help lend support, answer questions, & guide this effort. Opportunities like this are few and far between in North Texas. The success of this workshop will determine its value & impact in the business community.
