Lauren Clarke is the creator of Turn Compost, which provides composting services to residents, restaurants, and business in the DFW area. Although Turn Compost exists as a business, it is also a social enterprise on a mission to create a more sustainable DFW metroplex and minimize the environmental footprints of organic waste in North Texas.
