Free Live Music at the Levitt Pavilion

Fill your coolers, pack your lawn chairs, and head on down to the Levitt Pavilion Arlington this weekend to listen to live performances of many different styles ranging from WESTERN SWING to BLUES and SOUL.

FRIDAY 6/18: The Quebe Sisters (with Elaina Kay) Headliner: For more than 15 years, The Quebe Sisters have delivered their authentic triple fiddle-and-harmony to concert halls and festivals across North America and Europe, where audiences have fallen in love with the group’s innovative western swing sound featuring archtop guitar, upright bass, and “sibling vocals.” Opening Act: Dallas-based Elaina Kay is a frequent North Texas music journalist favorite who has been nominated for awards from the Dallas Observer and Central Track. Her latest album, “Issues,” is fueled by her experiences on the rodeo circuit in college, on the road as a young singer-songwriter, and growing up on a Texas ranch. SATURDAY 6/19: Ron Bultongez Headliner: A native son of both the Democratic Republic of Congo and North Texas, blues-and-soul artist Ron Bultongez is a former “American Idol” semi-finalist who’s been featured on “Good Morning America” as well as North Texas news outlets and radio stations. His second studio EP, 2018’s “Learning to Love,” landed at number 26 on iTunes in less than 24 hours. SUNDAY 6/20: Tatiana Mayfield (with the UTA Jazz Orchestra) Headliner: “Refreshing and beautiful” are frequently used to describe the voice and performance persona of Fort Worth-based jazz artist Tatiana “LadyMay” Mayfield, an accomplished singer and composer who has shared a stage with some of the top names in the jazz universe.. Opening Act: The renowned UTA Jazz Orchestra has toured and performed at venues and invitational concerts around the world, and has been telecast to an estimated 70 million people across four continents. All shows begin with an opening act at 7 pm (unless otherwise noted); headliners go on at 8 pm. Well-behaved pets on leashes are welcome, but please consider concert volume with respect to your pet’s sensitive ears.
