As part of the TWDB's Office of Water Science & Conservation, the Conservation Department engages with a variety of stakeholders and audiences to encourage the stewardship of our water resources through financial and technical assistance, education and outreach, and distribution of educational resources. Meeting the growing water demand becomes more difficult as the population grows, so this webinar will discuss the importance of water conservation in state water planning, while also providing insights into programs offered, the overlap of urban and rural agriculture, and how the various stakeholders come together to help protect our most precious resource – water.
