Join a certified Nature and Forest therapy guide for an opportunity to experience nature in a different way. We will walk about 1 mile. After a short introduction about Nature and Forest therapy, i will guide you through a series of sensorial activities that will allow you to reconnect with Nature and yourself. After each invitation, we will take a moment to share and reflect. We will end the walk with a tea ceremony.
