Have you ever wanted to learn more about energy work? Are you interested in understanding different types of energy healing? Do you want to become certified as a Reiki practitioner? Come and learn the background and basics of working with healing energies. This class will explore the concepts of healing hands, energy medicine, chakras, and much more. Energy work can help alleviate anxiety, stress, physical pain, and promote healing. You will learn different ways to heal yourself and others.

Reiki 1 has no prerequisites except a desire to learn and grow personally. In the morning session, from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm, we will cover different healing modalities, the history of these practices, and how the body heals. Each person will receive the Reiki 1 attunement as part of this class. Participates will receive certification in Reiki 1 after the morning session.

Reiki 2 is the second class in the series and requires the completion of Reiki 1. During this afternoon part of the class, 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm, you will learn to use the Reiki symbols for healing and release. This class has a lot of hands-on practice for each student. Participates will receive their Reiki 2 certification after the afternoon session.
