Texas Land Conservancy is a statewide conservation nonprofit dedicated to protecting the land, water, and wildlife of Texas. Enjoy a guided hike to the prairie areas at TLC's Malone Preserve where we will spread native seeds and stomp them into the ground, just like the bison did many years ago. Fall is an ideal time to plant natives, and when the new growth emerges in the spring, it will provide increased habitat and food for our native wildlife.
