Ready to try something fun and new? Come learn how to do Chair Yoga! Wear comfortable clothing as the class will be doing light movement appropriate for a chair.

Ready to try something fun and new? Come learn how to do Chair Yoga! Wear comfortable clothing as the class will be doing light movement appropriate for a chair. The session will include strengthening the body, light stretching of the extremities, mindful breathing and balance work. Class is for all ages.
