Our town is participating in Kids Day America/International™, which is an international health, safety, and environmental awareness day for children. This event will be taking place in hundreds of cities on the same day, at the same time, throughout the world. The Mayor and Governor will be proclaiming it an official day to help children.

The local law enforcement will be on hand to provide educational & safety tips for kids: bicycle safety, car seat safety, internet safety, fire safety, hazard safety, etc.

The local fire department will be providing fire prevention and safety information.

There will be free health & spinal screenings, drug awareness information, etc. The event is free to the whole community and benefits The Wounded Warrior Project. 

There will be prizes and fun for the whole family.
