Rise & Shine with the Y at the Semones Family YMCA Annual Prayer Breakfast!

This year's speaker will feature Ivy Winfrey, first introduced as DJ Poizon Ivy, the official DJ for the Dallas Mavericks, the Dallas Wings, and formerly a DJ/voice on K104 and 97.9 The Beat, and is the Y's Youth & Government alum. Winfrey will lead a conversation about breaking barriers and how to embrace self-care, in hopes of inspiring others to do the same.
