Summit High School Marching Band's March A Thon - fund raiser/community event is coming up on Saturday, September 27th, 9:30 am - 11:00 am. We will be marching through the Fannin Farm community playing music and having fun. This event helps promote community involvement with the Band and High School, and is a fund raiser for them to help support the band program. Each individual student will be trying to raise money the next two weeks, and we also take donations along the route. We stop and play for groups that have gathered to hear the Band. We also pass out beads and candy to the kids. Howard Middle School teachers are planning on attending also.
