Meditation 101: Simple Practices for Busy People
Join us for this workshop as we look at simple ways to incorporate meditation into busy life. Everyone is welcome!
We are often asked questions like, why should I meditate? And, how can I meditate when my life is busy? These are great questions. Our very mission is to help people see the power and simplicity of meditation through clear and practical instruction. The fact is, meditation makes our mind calm and peaceful. When our mind is peaceful, we are free from worries and mental discomfort, and as a result we will experience true happiness. On the flip-side, if our mind is not peaceful, we will find it very difficult to be happy, even if we are living in the very best conditions. By practicing meditation, our mind will gradually become more and more peaceful, and we will experience a purer and purer form of happiness. Eventually, we will be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.
