Chef Franschesca Nor
Dive Coastal Cuisine is owned by Chef Franschesca Nor, originally from southern California. She regularly visits the many working farms in North Texas, scouring for locally sourced fare for the Dive menu. She is also exercising her passion for educating and sharing with others, as well as keeping Dive patrons up-to-date on healthy offerings with her blog. Because of the nearly gluten-free menu, Nor is able to focus on clean, healthy, light and flavorful fare.
Nor trained at the Cordon Blue in South Florida, and has a passion for fresh, natural, clean and organic. She has exercised this passion for five years at her Highland Park restaurant. At Dive, the entire menu is based on local organic produce to create her seasonal seafood entrées, appetizers, dips and an array of creative salads, sandwiches and specials.
There’s also fresh- squeezed juices, frappés, sangria and an assortment of iced teas, specialty sodas, wines, and microbeers to refresh the palette. Fresh ceviche and fish tacos appear on the menu next to grilled Churrasco steak wraps, BBQ pulled pork sandwiches and South Beach turkey burgers.
