Heard Museum Zip Line Days

During the Zip Line Days at the Heard Museum, of Natural Science & Wildlife Sanctuary in Mckinney, guests will climb up a new dual platform and then proceed to a 487-foot zip line that will take them through a beautiful forest and prairie. Zip Line Days are scheduled from 1 to 4 p.m., January 14, February 3 and February 18.

The Zip Line Days are part of the Heard Museum Ropes Course, which  offers various elements and challenges for groups and individuals. The ropes course can also be scheduled for custom programs for groups of 10 or more persons.

The nonprofit Heard Museum aims to bring nature and people together through events and educational opportunities in its 289-acre nature preserve and museum. The museum features exhibits, trails, animals and programs that showcase the natural history and ecology of North Texas.
