Healthy Living Fair Comes to Unity of Dallas

Unity of Dallas, in partnership with Natural Awakenings Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex Magazine, will host a Healthy Living Fair on Saturday, March 21, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The free, indoor community event will take place at Unity of Dallas, 6525 Forest Lane, Dallas, and will focus on whole-person health and wellness, education and connection.

Designed to foster meaningful face-to-face engagement, the Fair will feature 30 to 40 curated exhibitors representing health and wellness services, healthy living resources, medical and healthcare professionals, integrative and functional care providers, fitness and movement specialists, nutrition and healthy food resources, and green and sustainable living solutions.

Attendees can expect educational seminars led by participating exhibitors, along with demonstrations, wellness screenings and opportunities to connect directly with trusted local providers. The Fair offers a relaxed, family-friendly environment where individuals and families can explore practical tools, ask questions and discover local resources that support healthier, more intentional living.

For exhibitors, the event provides an opportunity to engage health-conscious North Dallas households through education, hands-on interaction and relationship-building. Unity of Dallas’ centrally located campus serves surrounding neighborhoods with a strong interest in preventive care and lifestyle-based health solutions.
