Dallas Cowboys Draft Day 5K Returns to Frisco April 25

The Dallas Cowboys Draft Day 5K returns April 25 at The Star in Frisco, offering fans a high-energy way to celebrate NFL Draft weekend while supporting fitness and community engagement.

The event invites runners and walkers of all levels to participate in a 5K course that begins at The Star and finishes on the field at Tostitos Championship Plaza. Participants will be cheered on by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and team mascot Rowdy, adding to the game-day atmosphere.

In addition to the 5K, the event includes a Kids Fun Run and Toddler Dash, making it accessible for families. A virtual participation option allows fans outside North Texas to join and receive official race materials, including a T-shirt and finisher medal.

Registered participants receive race swag, access to post-event Draft Day festivities and special offers from businesses throughout The Star District. Organizers encourage early registration to secure a spot.
