Frisco's Kaleidoscope Park is preparing for a major expansion that will add approximately 1.4 acres of public green space as part of the next phase of development within the Hall Park district.
The park is home to the weekly Frisco Rotary Farmers Market and a growing lineup of free arts, cultural, recreational and wellness programs. Since opening in 2024, it has become a popular gathering place for residents seeking outdoor experiences, community events and public green space in one of North Texas' fastest-growing cities. The $14 million project is a partnership among the City of Frisco, HALL Group, the Frisco Community Development Corporation and the Kaleidoscope Park Foundation. Construction is expected to begin this summer, with completion anticipated in 2028.
Planned improvements include additional landscaped areas, an expanded Performance Lawn, a new water feature and an outdoor video screen with performance stage. The enhancements are intended to accommodate increasing demand for public events and community programming while supporting continued growth in the surrounding Hall Park district.
The expansion coincides with additional mixed-use development planned for Hall Park, which includes office, residential, hospitality and dining projects integrated with walkable green space and community amenities.
